MCF!T
Join us for a recurring monthly boot camp where we’ll be using a combination of cardio, core, and accessory work with no barbell and no complex gymnastics movements! This class is for everyone, regardless of your ability or past exercise experience.
MCF!T is a great way to ease into a healthy workout program with all the great benefits of CrossFit but in a low key, fun environment with no barbells or those crazy gymnastic moves. Think of it as CrossFit-light or Boot Camp. Classes are 45 minutes.

Is the gym or group atmosphere just not your scene?
If you are missing out on all the value of exercise because joining a gym isn’t for you, we have you covered! We have taken our MCF programming and made it available to you to complete on your own time, in the comfort of your own home.
What to expect...
-$12 monthly
-6 (Mon-Sat) at home workouts delivered to you daily with the options of minimal to no equipment.
-Explanation and movement videos of each workout to ensure you understand each training session.
-Daily workout includes warmup, workout, accessory work, and a cool down.
-Being added to our private MCF Facebook group for accountability and connection to coaches and other athletes!
-Email support from our expert coaching staff will support you in your training and answer any questions you may have.
-Duration is 30 min to one hour.
