Childcare is offered Mon.-Fri. at our 12pm classes and Mon., Wed., and Fri. at our 5:15pm class for a small fee added to your membership per month.

Our group classes are designed to meet the needs of a large community with varying needs and fitness levels. If you are looking to achieve specific goals there is nothing better than private coaching. If you are looking to train for a sport specific event, lose weight, increase strength, improve technique or just prefer a more personal setting we can design an individualized program just for you that will get you faster results. In private coaching your coach will work with you to identify your specific goals and weaknesses and design a program specifically targeted at improving these weaknesses and meeting these goals. There are a number of ways to implement private coaching into your fitness program. You can supplement your group classes with a private session once or twice a week or you can choose to just do private coaching if that is more convenient for you. Private coaching is recommended if you are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations, or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.
